50% up front, 50% before I send the final files. The prepayment reserves your slot in the queue — until it lands, the slot is not yours.

Changes
Two rounds of changes at the sketch stage are free: pose, framing, composition, character details. After the sketch is approved, changes that require redrawing are paid separately. Small fixes at the colour stage are free.
Timing
Timing depends on the queue and the complexity, and we agree on it before the prepayment. I tell you honestly if I am running late. Rush orders jump the queue for an extra fee.
Rights
Personal use is included: avatars, printing for yourself, posting with credit. Commercial use — anything that sells or promotes something — is an extra on top of the base price. Copyright stays with me.
Portfolio
I may show the finished work in my portfolio and on social media. If your order is a gift or a surprise, tell me and I will keep it private until you say otherwise.
Refunds
Before I start — full refund. After the sketch is approved — 50%, because the work is already done. After the render is finished there is no refund, but we will keep fixing things until you are happy.
What I do not draw
No NSFW or 18+ content, nothing hateful or degrading, no real people without their consent. I also turn down anything I simply do not want to draw — in that case I say so straight away and refund everything.
Files
You get a PNG at 300 dpi, ready to print. The working file is available on request. I keep files for at least a year, so you can ask for a copy again.
